With winter coming and the pandemic still plaguing us, it is more important than ever to take care with robust hygiene practices ~ FOR yourself, and your family and friends.
Every day you come into contact with millions of germs and viruses (Eek! Millions?! It’s true!) … while many of them are ordinary run of the mill bugs, and pose no real risk to your health, we are living in a world where that is no longer the case. Therefore, it is critical to stay safe and use preventive measures as much as possible. The simplest of which include: washing your hands well, and keeping spaces around you clean! And, to this end, LFT is here to help! With our line of all natural “Clean Mitts” Hand Soaps, and tough-on-grime “Elbow Grease” All Purpose Cleaner in your arsenal, you can win the war on germs!
Since germs enter the body mostly through the mouth, nose, ears and eyes, best to wash your hands well (follow the steps below as a guide) and often! This includes: after being in public spaces, after using the toilet, before preparing food, after contact with money, pets, or garbage… and definitely before you eat. Remember to avoid touching your face too.
Keeping spaces around you clean is also highly recommended. Best Practices? To CLEAN a surface before disinfecting it. If surfaces have grease, residues and dirt, even ones you can’t see, this could prevent the disinfectant getting through (including: can openers, kitchen gadgets, utensils, etc.). Lucky for us, Live for Tomorrow’s “Elbow Grease” is a powerful all natural cleaner! No harsh chemicals here.

Even with a mask you need to maintain a distance of 6 feet between yourself and others.
Wash your hands frequently
Follow these five steps every time.
- Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
- Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails. Don’t forget your thumb!

- Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
- Dry your hands using a clean dry towel or air dry them.
**Use hand sanitizer when you can’t use soap and water. (If soap and water are not readily available, you can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.) Live for Tomorrow’s new Safety Sake hand sanitizer is 80% ethanol.

If you have touched a contaminated surface or item, touching your eyes, nose or mouth could transfer the viruses into your system and make you sick. (*Lower the risk by washing hands frequently, and keeping surfaces clean!)
